• Remember to do all your make-ups. With so many classes on the schedule, just pick another class to go to if you can’t make your regular class. ¬†Please change your schedule online, or call us so we know when to expect you. ¬†24 hours notice is required for canceling out of all the equipment classes.
  • Make getting here a pleasant part of the workout. Try walking so you have time to prepare mentally for changing gears into “me time”, and then feel the benefits as you stroll home.
  • Arrive at class a few minutes early so you can slow down before you jump in.
  • Hydrate well before and after class. We provide water glasses in our kitchen if you forget your bottle.
  • Make a point of noticing how you feel before and after class. Your brain will log this information and help to motivate you to come back next week – you’ll be craving more of the good stuff!
  • Protect your workout time. The laundry can wait and so can that email you need to write. Your body needs you.
