First, we love you. We really do!
We care about your health and your vitality and your well-being.
Your heart is a muscle. It can also be likened to a bag, (see Eric Franklin’s video blog!). You can imagine that if you have a compressed or inflexible thoracic (upper back) spine that the heart itself will have a harder time moving to fill up. It sits inside the thoracic cavity and moves in relation to the lungs, esophagus, diaphragm and spine.
What can we do to better our heart function? Create more space, more movement and more openness in the body. Imaging healthy heart function and lowering your stress by breathing with good diaphragm function.
